"Weekly" hehe more like bi-monthly

Ayyy, what's crackin' friendos? It has been a bit. But the work Is cruising. The goals for the zone have been going super well! We hit our finding goal our first week and were a little under our goal week 2 but we smashed it this last week! We hit 15 as a zone like day 2 and killed it. Everyone was struggling to find and with a little push they were able to find tons (for quarantine). Our patience goal is difficult to gauge but we think it's going well. We were able to find Robert, and Brandy! Robert was a referral from the Deland Elders and he was almost gonna be baptized, but his mom died and he moved to take care of his dad. So now we are teaching him! Lessons are still over the phone or outside, so it's hot. Brandy was a bible study referral, and it's been going well. We extended a soft invitation of Baptism for brandy and Robert! They both accepted and were just working with their unique situation to help them progress.

This last week we had zone conference, which is really fun because it was in person instead of over zoom. I got to give a training to a few zones on the How To Begin Teaching points in Preach my Gospel. It went really well! Some people said it was the best ZC they had ever been too. I doubt that had anything to do with me but ayyyy, maybe;) lol, it was a good time.

My stake split up the boundaries so I'm no longer in the Longwood ward, we are now the Wekiva Springs ward, and we have a whole new bishopric and elders quorum and ward mission leader. It's been sad to watch our fav ward members dip out but well get to know other ones! Just yesterday elder Niles (my companion) got invited to a dinner at his future uncle in-laws house in Deland, we got approval from our president to go over and we had dinner with them! When we got there we realized that elder Niles was gonna have 2 uncle in-laws, which was fun 😂 the dinner was good, it was Peruvian food! They asked a lot of questions about missionaries and what we do, we got to give the restoration and the spirit was so strong, one of his uncles asked for a copy of the book of Mormon and was so interested and excited by the things we talked about. We left them with a copy of the book of Mormon and since I had to use the bathroom, we stopped by my fav family in Deland, THE MIXONS. It was really fun to see them.

Anyways! I'm off to enjoy my Pday, love you all!
